Well after a lot of hymning and hawing, I finally did it! Yes I went out and purchased myself a new toy to play with. Let me tell you a bit about myself.....I am not good at waiting for anything and I sure in the heck didn't want to pay the prices of shipping , taxes, GST, duty, and then on top of it wait 4 to 6 weeks to receive it, so I did a bit of research and found a place in Edmonton that carried them. So off hubby and I went to pick up my new Silhouette Cameo on Monday. I have been watching a lot of videos, and playing around a bit ever since!
There is so much to learn, my brain is working double time!
I ask myself, am I to old to learn this darn thing?
YEA! FOR ME! I did it!
My first Card and 3D project with my new toy.
This weeks build a project over on the Creative Kuts facebook fan page was this adorable watering can. Which I filled with Jelly Beans for one of the Grand Kids.
and here is my first card. I purchased the image for 99 cents over at the Silhouette Store.
I can not believe how well this machine cuts such fine little details. It is a bit louder then my Cricut but oh my what a lovely sweet addition to my Scrap Room! So that is all for today, I am off to watch another video or two and see what else I can learn today.
I am also going to enter these in this weeks challenge over at Getting Cricky with K. Andrews Simply Sunday Challenge -Easter Blessing
